Reed and Barton Silver Soldered US Navy Pitcher
A World War II era silver soldered pitcher made by Reed and Barton for the US Navy. With a Classic shape and a quietly decorated handle, these pieces were made extra dense and heavy so as not to spill when the ship was under sail. Marked Reed & Barton 3610, along with a mark showing a circled flying dove, dates this piece to 1944. Only one dent on an otherwise exceptional item. A great piece whether you are into silver tableware or World War II memorabilia.
